It works well if you remain still. I covered my head with a large towel and directed my face towards the steam, feeling impurities dissolve from my skin. After wiping my face, I quickly applied moisturizer, creating a spa-like experience. Despite its delicate nature, I was able to use it effectively.

This is the best red light therapy mask I have ever had. It is super awesome with all of the settings. I use this every night while I’m in bed. I just recommend warning anybody that is going to be around you that you might look like Jason from Halloween before they walk into a room with you wearing it . lol
Have been using it once a week for 6 or 7 weeks under arms & in bikini area. Only half the amount of hair is coming back & it's much finer ! I naturally have course, dark hair, so this is great ! I was skeptical at first, but not now - will continue to use it ! I started it on low setting & now use it on middle range setting.
